		<description>The best way to honour cyclists who have been injured or killed on public roads is to change the laws. If this is possible, their deaths are not in vain.

Telling drivers to keep a 1.5 meters length away from cyclists is a good start, but is of no use when it is not followed.

Problem starts with a change in the Highway Code (for example 24hr bus lanes). Those who have been driving (especially big vehicles and some taxis),  have no respect for even the basic rules laid down in Highway Code Training. 

My suggestion would be to have all road users renew their HIGHWAY CODE LICENSE Every YEAR.

If they fail the Basic High Way Code, they should not be allowed on the Road; regardless of the vehicle they drive.</description>
